An eco-house is a low-impact home, it's built and designed to use minimal energy for the well-being of the environment. 

What difference has a normal house to an eco-house? 

Eco-houses 

When we are building an eco-house we first have to know what materials are suitable for the construction and not having problems with the environment. 

Eco-houses take advantage of natural resources of the sun and earth, such as the hours of light and the heat that the sun provides for the house. some houses include features like solar panels.

Another big benefit of these houses is that they are free from harmful chemicals and environmental pollutants, seeing as standard quality products contain harmful substances to some degree. So you have a healthier lifestyle.

all of these features impede us to participate in the gas emissions, due to the excessive use of electric energy.

On the other hand, normal houses use an excessive amount of electricity and contribute to the greenhouse effect (efecte hivernacle)
